Welcome Message
Welcome to my website. I’m Ailbhe, an experienced counsellor and psychotherapist based near Enniscorthy. I work with adults, teenagers and couples, supporting people through a wide range of challenges including anxiety, depression, stress, bereavement, relationship difficulties, childhood experiences, emotional crises, and both trauma and complex trauma.

My approach is warm, person-centred and integrative. I aim to create a safe, compassionate space where you can feel genuinely heard and supported as you explore your thoughts and feelings. Together, we can work toward deeper self-understanding, gently uncover unhelpful patterns, and help you move toward greater wellbeing, authenticity and personal growth at a pace that feels right for you.

I offer flexible sessions, including face-to-face, online and telephone appointments, and can also provide group facilitation when needed.

If you have any questions or would like to reach out, please don’t hesitate to contact me. You’re very welcome here.

Anxiety is your brain’s way of reacting to stress and alerting you to potential danger ahead. Anxiety disorders are a group of mental illnesses that cause constant and overwhelming anxiety and fear.
03.
Stress is your body's reaction to a challenge or demand. Not all stress is bad. But beyond a certain point, stress stops being helpful and starts causing major damage to your health, mood, productivity, relationships, and your quality of life.
